Do this routine for at least 12 weeks for benefits and be sure to have access to a gym with free weights and machines. This program can be used for bulking and cutting. Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Back and Biceps
Day 3: Cardio and Abs
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: Cardio and Abs
Day 7: Rest (Cardio Optional)
